Jess Loh 'About that time' EP launch

Wesley Anne, 250 High Street , Northcote

Jess Loh is a Malaysian-born, Melbourne-based singer-songwriter and she is releasing her sophomore EP “About That Time” at the Wesley Anne this August! Her music is loaded with folk and pop sensibilities, and captures your mind and soul with her thoughtful lyrics centred around pain, loss, frustration, and joy. Come and experience the highs and the lows as she takes you on a journey with her earnest and vulnerable performance.

She will be joined by talented folk sing-songwriters Sarah Buffalo and Joyce Prescher.

Joyce Prescher is a Dutch-born folk artist based in Melbourne. She manages to capture audiences with her poetic lyrics, haunting melodies and a voice that gets under your skin. Inspired by the great singer-songwriters of our time, her sound tells of her love of folk music, with hints of alt-country and Americana. Her songs are made to listen to whilst wrapped in a warm blanket, in front of a fireplace, with a glass of red in your hand. Find out more here: https://www.joyceprescher.com/

Sarah Buffalo is a self-declared self-help solo singer songwriter – she uses her music as her therapy and hopes maybe you will do the same – with quick folky melodies to songs of a female revolution and back to wrenching tunes of love and loss, her lyrics tug at the inner monologue of women everywhere.
